The Foundation of Tai Chi Movement Form™ is an easy to learn, short sequence of exercises derived from 3 traditional Tai Chi forms, The Tai Chi Dao Yin, The 8 strands of Brocade & The 18 postures of Tai Chi Shibashi.
Because there is symmetry & repetition of movement the body assimilates & benefits from the body mind principles of these Tai Chi movements in a short space of time.
Anyone, regardless of their current level of health can utilize & benefit from these
movements.
No special clothing or equipment is required & classes are informal.
Course Instructor: Colin Snow is the Founder & Principal Instructor of The Minneapolis Natural Step School of Tai Chi for Well Being. He works in a variety of communities with the philosophy of bringing the benefits of this ancient wisdom tradition to all, regardless of age or ability.
