Qigong literally means energy (qi pronounced chee) work (gong) or, working with the energy of life.
This class includes exercises that bring awareness into the body, guide attention through breath and calm the mind. The movements are gentle and effective practices that are suitable for people of all ages. Qigong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind. (Qigong is also spelled Ch’i Kung.)
