Michelle Trow: Yoga
Michelle
is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Her Yoga experience includes
studies of a variety of styles, but her teaching focus is primarily on
a combination of the Ashtanga, Hatha, and Anusara traditions. Michelle
is known for her down to earth, yet humorous style of teaching. Her approach
to teaching is that we should all enjoy our yoga practice and have it enhance
our lives and leave us feeling positive.
