How does it work?
The 1:1 Coaching Process
- Call to express your interest in coaching.
- Karen sends you a self-assessment about your values and goals to fill out before your Design Session.
- The Design Session: Meet
with Karen for 1-2 hours in person. Karen will go over your self assessment
with you and then you set goals together about:
- what you want to achieve during the coaching relationship
- how often you want to meet
- After that meet with Karen for coaching sessions for 30-40 minutes at a time on the phone.
The Results
Karen designs a roadmap with you to meet your short term or long term goals and then coaches you along the way.
