This Belly Dance class begins with therapeutic yoga to prepare the body and focus the mind. Basic belly dance technique, combinations, as well as layering and traveling steps will be covered. Learn tools to increase awareness and gain the ability to improvise. Class will be concluded with a cool down and guided relaxation practice.
