Eastern dance. Experience the joy and become self-empowered through
graceful, dynamic movement of the mind, body, and soul.
Learn the fundamentals of Middle Eastern dance: posture, isolations, basic dance technique, and terminology. Improve flexibility, coordination, and tone every muscle with low impact moves.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Hip wraps are optional and are available to purchase on the first day of class.
We will learn how to use finger cymbals and these are also available to purchase on the first day of class.
Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
